Santa Barbara Salad

Santa Barbara Salad

Serving Size: 10

Ingredients:

2 packages Santa Barbara Lettuce Mix
8 ounces bowtie pasta
1 whole red onion, sliced or chopped
1 package feta cheese
1 cup pine nuts
1/2 jar Italian or Girard's Chamgagne dressing

Directions:

Cook bowtie pasta according to directions.
Mix dressing, pasta, onions, nuts and cheese together and let cool.
Just before serving add lettuce and toss.
**May need to add a bit more dressing depending on how much dressing you like.
