Caesar Salad

Serving Size: 6
Ingredients:
1 or 2 Heads of Romaine lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup croutans
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
2/3 cup toasted almonds
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Wash and spin or pat dry lettuce. Break in bit size pieces and place in bowl.
Add cherry tomatoes, grated Swiss cheese, parmesan cheese, almonds, and croutans.
Toss with dressing and serve.
