Greek Tossed Salad

Greek Tossed Salad

Serving Size: 8

Ingredients:

4 whole tomatoes, sliced
1 large Romaine lettuce , wash leaves and pat dry
1/2 small onion, sliced
12 Kalamata Olives (Green)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste

Directions:

Mix olive oil and lemon juice with 1/8 cup of feta cheese.
Makes sort of a paste consistency then add the rest of dressing ingredients.
Pour over lettuce, onion, and tomatoes.
Garnish with remaining cheese.
