Four Bean Salad

Four Bean Salad

Recipe By: Elaine Prusse

Ingredients:

1 can green beans
1 can yellow wax beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 green bell pepper (small)
1/2 cup celery
1/4 onion
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.  Place beans, onion, celery and green peppe in a 9x13 Pyrex dish and pour liquid mixture over top.  Stir to coat the beans.  Cover and refrigerate four to eight hours.
